In layer between 400 and 1100 m amsl rising of temperature from 1°C up to 6°C and rainfall from 10 mm to 20 mm will cause fast melting of snow cover. Average wind speed from 20 kmph to 35 kmph, with gusts up to 65 kmph, west.
